Product care:
* Before your first slice on the bamboo board, drizzle the surface with mineral oil and massage it in with a soft, dry cloth. The oil with moisturize the board to help avoid splitting. Repeat this process every day for about a week, then condition your boards once a month thereafter. After use, hand wash & dry immediately.
